Certainly windy up this way. Wind is blowing around sleet, snow ,and rain.
Going to watch the Masters today. Might fight it tomorrow.
I have told people if they really need the wind to blow for some reason just tell me to go fishing. Hurricane winds are guaranteed.. I still go but why so much wind every day!
How did that go?Roaring in my hardwoods here in coosa at 4 pm.pics I have seen from mitchell/Hatchett solid mud.

It was bad. Thankfully I have a place that I can get out of it. Managed a few but it was still rough.

It was supposed to be 4mph today at 8. Was in Limestone Bay and it was white capping.

White caps certainly aren't much fun. One I am getting sprayed by the waves while running the trolling motor. It's time to go home
That can get wet in a hurry in a kayak
It seems "Light and variable wind" means 15 to 20 to the forecasters these days! I thinks if I had a sailboat, it would be "dead calm" anytime I tried using it. :dono
I definitely know the feeling
Yea the wind is terrible about every time I go fishing, but I go anyways lol. Thats part of the challenge
Supposed to be 5mph winds. While I was pulling planer boards you could here the wind whistle in the rod guides. I don't hear that well either:biggrin
Arrowhead is crazy bad temperament. I can handle the wind blowing the boat around and effecting my cast. But at times it appears to get in the water more than in my face. At that point I'm out.
