If you have room for a second battery, go 24v. If you find no takers here, check with Bucks Island Marine in Southside.
I may have to move batteries to storage behind seats but it’s do~able I have been considering it for a while

I’ve stayed on a 24v 70lb MK motor for 7 hours straight without any power loss. It’s worth doing, in my opinion.
I believe you will be happier in the long run by going to the 24volt system. There are lots of ways to handle the extra battery issue. Just my two cents. Good luck to you!

I have the 12v 55 pound Terrova. It does a great job on my 18' boat. I have 2 batteries wired in parallel. When I buy another one it will be a 24v motor.
I have a 14ft fiberglass boat and I will be going with a 24 volt troller once I get my Livescope setup.
Thank y’all for the advice I reckon 24v it is just gotta find one in my price range

I bought mine with i-Pilot and Bluetooth for $1100. I already had the batteries as my old MG was 24v.

Wife bought me the 12 v power drive Ipilot for Christmas. I made the hour+ drive and upgraded to the 24/70 for 150$ before I opened the box! Glad I did. 16.5 G3 wil push 2.7 into the wind.

have a 12v 45lb 48” shaft power drive, it is used very little. I upgraded the head with the I pilot bt. I used it once before I sold my boat. I still have the old head in the box so that it could be changed back and foot pedal used. Pics are with old head. $900

If still interested I have a 45 inch terrova 80 lb thrust 24 volt with mega down Imaging and 1pilot link for sale. You can select boat scale with the remote to take some of the power away if it is too strong for your boat.
