Went to Gantt 3 weeks ago and got one bream all day. Did not see many fish on sonar either. I was told that during the lake drawdown in 2019, what fish did not die in the process ended up in point A. Tried there the weekend before and came up empty as well. It was my first time fishing those two Lakes so part of that could have been me

Both lakes are heavily populated with houses and docks. I read too that in summer the recreational folks take over both lakes with water sports so just a heads up if you plan on going during that time of year

.I never have any luck at gantt,but have pretty good luck on point a.we will be going in a couple of weeks.
That trip went bust for me. I was supposed to go down there and iron some details on the boat I'm ordering but life got in the way.

I bought an Alweld in 2012 it was a good boat.I know the owner well,he is a good person to deal with.congratulations on your new boat.
I've had phone conversations with him and Josh. They definitely gave me a good first impression. They may be the only place that I've dealt with that uses Christian rock for their onhold music. The owners youtube video of the boat pretty much sold it to me.

Buy 2 of them boats, can keep one at my house so you don’t clutter your place up. You can use it whenever you’d like!
I canceled the war eagle that I ordered in fall of 2021 for a various of reasons. Main reason being my balance ain't as good as it should be to hop up and down on front and back decks. Is what I didn't think about was the 10% price increase from then till now in boats. And I added some goodies to this new boat. I'm at least out 2500$ more for the Alweld. I may need some side action to buy minnows.Quote:

I wish I could answer that question but mine didn’t have an accessory track.
