I'm going to purchase a couple of the Millenium Fishing seats. If I remember correctly, there was someone on here that was selling a metal bracket to replace the strap. Any "reviews" on that, and who do I need to get ahold of? Any help is greatly appreciated. Im a "husky fella" looking for a seat to allow me to fish all day without the tailbone pain.

Podunkideas.com Rickie sells these and they are great. I hated the straps on the original seats. Excellent upgrade imo

I am fixin to buy the millennium sidekick and a few B-100 seats (been holding out trying to catch an online sale or discount code via grizzly jig co. :twocents) and will be ordering some doo-dads like the strap replacements and cup/tool holders from podunkideas.com for sure!
I went with the camo version of b100’s just because they have the strap or the little wire that helps support the top/bottom of the chair. Still might order some of the slides from podunk

I have both, the camo are a bit smaller but work great, wish the cable side was available on the gray. Touch base with EZ-Poleholder Gene will hook you up no discount code needed.
My camo one came with the cable already attached and the straps if you wanted to change them.

I have a question regarding the seats I store my boat in dry storage with gravel floor, 5 hours from my home in Indiana. I would like a suggestion on a a dry box to store the seats in. Everything I have found is a little to small. I have a Fish Ski Boat and remove the seat when family is in boat. Being able to store them year round in my unit saves me the hassle of loading them in my truck when i return home.

A tuff box might work.
a cheap rain cover over the entire boat would keep all of the inside clean. I picked one up from Northern Tool for my boat several years ago to keep the dew off when I stay at a lakeside cabin for a week (who wants to wipe down wet seats every morning).Quote:

Got my millenium sidekick and seats in yesterday and just assembled and will get to test them out Monday morning!!
I do not mean to hijack this thread, but have a question for you that have used or currently using.. besides folding down the seats and snapping the strap.. do you all keep the pedestal on the deck when on plane or remove and strap down? I have not set them on the bow yet and sat in driver seat so am wondering if they will limit my ability to see the open water ahead.
I put them on deck because of visibility. Also have fish finders up front on folding arms that will lay flat on deck. Lot safer when nothing in your field of view running the lake.
