Army Son Zach and I hit Truman Again This year!
You might remember last year right before Christmas my son was home on Christmas leave and we hit Truman with Richard Bowling and had a great time. Well Zach is home for the first time since last year, now stationed overseas and we went with Richard again today.
On the water at 7am and cleaning limits by 11am. We made pretty quick work of it and even let Richard catch a couple, felt sorry for him when his arm started to twitch!.
Caught some slabs, some took it right away and others you had to work for. We were amazed how shallow some of them were. Caught several less than 3 foot under the surface, one maybe a foot deep. Not sure I can post a video but if I can figure it out I will.
Richard caught the smallest fish and Zach caught the largest, a pound and half at least- Go Army! USA FLAG
