Very nice build.

Nice build, next time micro guides in stainless will be lighter and close to only a buck a piece.
Those metallic reel seats sets it off. Nicely done!
What they said. Great looking rod.
I live in Woodland so I just go down and get the blanks. Repeat customers, at times, get big discounts (60% off). I wanted to try a Suzuki blank but at $150 vs $50 for NFC, hard to do. I did get 2 matagi blanks from VooDoo rods because minimal shipping cost and they were the lightest blanks I could find. Finished rods were 1.1 and 1.2 oz.
I don’t remember exact discount but I think it was 70% if you bought 2 and 75% if you bought 3. I remember spending $100 and getting a 741-2 and a 662-2.
Here is the 662-2 with a cobra themed matagi reel seat. I feel the 662-2 SM is more sensitive than the 741-2 HM.
Insane sale going on a NFC right now. I ordered the 662-2 SM. And, also 661-1 IM and 701-1 IM. Looking forward to the build and fishing.
I have a MHX 6’6” and 7’ UL. Hopefully NFC is more sensitive.
