No, but I always wondered what it looked like in the raw. I've only acquired a taste for horseradish over the last couple of years.
But I must say, it is still a good way down my list of favorites, but I do like it on fish, roast beef, and liverwurst sandwiches.

Do you grow the horse radish or do you pick it wild? I've never messed with it but I do love horseradish

What do you have to do to preserve it? Can it like other vegetables or just jar it up? I bet that was a workout for the sinuses, mercy! I like it but a little goes a Long way with me.

Its mixed with White Vinegar and a bit of salt, refrigerated keeps for many months.

I like horseradish on burgers.
A table spoon of horse radish mixed in the to the devil egg mix is lights out....I sometimes ad a little to Tarter sauce when we have fish,and of course it's good on brats and hot dogs.
