Certainly an ambitious critter. Biting a jig one quarter of it's size may be what makes that fell into a monster one day

Fish don’t know how big they are.
Watch a fish Biologist the other day talking about over populated waters when they have eaten all the food available to them they are stunted. Then one of the fish manages to eat one of it's siblings. That fish then has the resources to grow and will always have food. Certainly was an interesting video
