There is room for improvement. It was mighty tasty. I can make a better showing. It needs some 80/20 ground beef possibly mix that with some hot breakfast sauasge. I will sharpen it up until I get where I want to be

Regular meatloaf as you make it. This one 2 lbs ground beef, 2 eggs, and crumbled crackers. 350 on the pellet smoker until 160 degrees approximately 1.5 hours
Simple, thanks. I'm gonna try townhouse crackers in my next one.
You can add taco seasoning too mixed in with the beef, diced jalapeños, onion, cracker or bread crumbs, cook and then garnish with cilantro, green onion and taco blend cheese.
Love smoking Meatloaf, gives it a great a great flavor.
With meatloaf gotta have mashed taters and green beans w onions n bacon! That smoked meatloaf looks excellent.
