Congrats.
Sounds like a great trip
Sounds like fun, congratulations
David, when you figure how to move Hartwell closer to us Wylie guys we'll go :fish with you!:Rofl Glad you got a few good fish before the shad moved in.
Thanks for the Hartwell report David. I had a couple of guys tell me over the weekend that the crappie bite was starting to pick up for the bank fisherman. The fall bite will keep picking up.
coming down tomorrow for the crappie USA event next weekend. How did all that rain affect the lake? Does it get real muddy? First time there. Looked like lake level didn’t come up much. Looks like an awesome lake with some big ones in it.

Good times
Lake came back up about a foot with all the rain, just about at full pool here.
Definitely muddy and stained

Hartwell is now two feet over summer pool which means it came up about three feet with all of the rain from last week. The creeks will get muddy, and probably will still be by next weekend. The spring tournament produced some great numbers and nice fish, so they are in there. Finding them is the challenge. I wish I could lead you in the right direction, but I've just not had much luck! Good luck!
