I did such a good job on those erasers that I had a out of class early to clean erasers. These days the kids would need a full hazmat suit just to dust erasers. On Fridays the chalkboard got washed down. I would get called to the Library to fix the overhead projectors. I had a good thing going in elementary school. Not so much once I hit middle school.Quote:

Not hunting anyone. Mostly boredom at work. I found the idea of the thread both nostalgic and amusing. I have lived in 3 different regions and the sayings are all different depending on where you are located geographical. One of my coworkers said I know a bunch of old sayings. Then found it difficult to remember them on demand. I write down in a thread the ones I remember at the moment.Quote:

I had a good chuckle. In 47 years I have found it is so much more enjoyable to find humor than find a reason to be angry. Life is never really all that bad when you are laughing and smiling.
