The 6’6” rod is listed as “medium” action. For casting light jigs, I much prefer light or UL action.
Get the TCB from BnM or a Microlite from Bass Pro.
Definitely don't want a medium action for cast jigs.
I have a 6’6” Okuma celio u/l , also a 7’ and an 8’6” celio u/l.
I havent compared them with others Okumas however.
They are a pretty nice rod considering the cost.
I bought all mine on Ebay.
Unfortunately i broke the tip on my 6’6” early on, and needed to replace the entire rod, so i now have a new butt section only with a hanging tag.
The 8’6” had become a favorite for single pole jigging, but just a tad light for getting them into the boat without a net.
The ACC 8’ seems to do it all in that regard, and like the BnM rods tip sections can be bought seperately.
I have 2 of the 6'6" celilio in ul . Run the small Pfleuger Trions on them with 2lb trout sos. Use them strictly for gills no complaints. Had 3 but busted off about 3" of rip on one(my fault not rod defect) price is right and I like them
I used to have the Celilo 6'6" ultralight. Great rod of the money. One item to note is at least the one I owned was a moderate action. It wasn't nearly as fast a tip as some other ultralights. But for light crankbaits and spinners it was a lot of rod for the money.
I have looked at the Stratus but only owned the Stratus reel, not the rod. I wasn't particularly impressed with the Stratus rods feel, but since I didn't purchase it I haven't fished it.
Last time I checked, my local Sportsmans Warehouse stocked the Celilo.
I have 2 of the 7 foot rods one lite and 1 ul. I have used them a lot. Even shot docks with them for a spell. That is pretty rough and demanding on a rod.
Okuma also makes an SST UL it is a nice light little rod also.
I bought a Lews hypersonic light action 7 foot a few weeks ago and have been very pleased with it casting 1/64 and 1/32 jigs. No split shot just the jig.

I got one of each. One was a combo and it was $40, the other was just the rod and it was $23. Got them at academy. I got them as back ups for my TFO’s and to throw inline spinners, but I do like them and they are pretty sensitive, I have used them with Panfish magnets and could feel the bottom and the bite.

I got my Okuma Celio rods from Tackle Haven online. great price and they had them in stock. haven't compared them with other Okuma rods but these 6'6" are perfect for casting jigs.
Sportsmen Warehouse has them in stock here in Lexington. For the money they are awesome rods.
I've got a 5' Celio UL rod with a UL Ocuma Ignite reel. Rod is rated for 1 to 4 pound line and 1/32 to 3/16 oz lure's. love this little rod, caught a lot of Crappie with if on 2# line. Cast's a 1/32oz jig really well!
I have 2 of the 7' one for casting jigs, then the 6 ' SST UL with a ul underspin on it. It is a handy little rig
