That is always nice. A brisket is awesome, a chuck roast ( poor mans brisket) is pretty good smoked as well. Can't go wrong combining smoke with beef, pig, or fish

Those look awesome. Carried a rack of ribs to the retired neighbor on either side of me. Hooked the boat to the truck and as soon as I wake up I am headed to get some fishing taken care of. The ribs will taste better tomorrow anyway. At least for me smelling the smoke all day I can't taste it today. I ate a couple they wr re good and tender.

I tried every style of smoker and never could manage. Then I got a komado and BOOM…..instant expert.

I run an Oklahoma Joe smoker with real wood , mostly pecan and rarely ruin meat on it , I said rarely :Rofl
It is hard to beat a real wood smoke. I need to get some steel and build the tank I have into a smoker
