took my wife to a spot we like late afternoon yesterday as a small part of her mother's day extravaganza .
we KABOOM ed together for a good bit before we went swimming

Very nice Pan, Tom! Wooley Buggers can produce on multi species. A good, versatile fly!

Still can’t find those crappie.

Hurt my knee last month so not fishing as much . Kept a limit yesterday with some 15'' but poor being post spawn .

Oops I lied. Went after them super early 3:30. Finally found a good school, caught about 15 in the range of 10-12” decided to keep just 4. Got home right before 6:00.

Caught this 5lb 1oz bass on Mother's Day. I made up a jig using a 1/16th oz weedless jig head, cut down a blue/green pumpkin skirt and added a little curly tail grub. Tossing it along the bank on a medium light spinning setup.Attachment 401064
