Here are some 1/48 and 1/80 custom chub head jigs that I made this morning tying them with mallard and gadwall flank feathers, flash and a little bunny hair. The cost of the JDM stuff aside, be careful what you wish for. It’s definitely a rabbit hole that will change the way you think, and most enjoyable. I got bitten by the tiny bug a lot of years ago, it’s been a heck of a ride.Quote:

DrNip, maybe I can send a couple hooks to you once they get here. No doubt they are the sharpest hooks I've seen.
Thanks for the offer. They have some size 8 up on their website now and I purchased 10 pks along with a few heads with size 6 and 4 hook. Wish they had other sizes of their hooks but guess I’ll have to wait.Quote:

I pour all my own heads. These are custom heads from a one of a kind mold I had made about 10 years ago. The 1/80 takes a 2.5 mm eye and the 1/48 a 3mm.
All you guys are talented, makes me want to get into tying.
