I have some tiny bobby garlands and a whole bunch of tiny stingers from Bob jigs. What I’ve been doing lately is using some 2” Shad stingers then when the head is messed up I cut them and turn them into the tadpoles. Works great and bait has double lifespan. Pretty sure I could get them to 1” I know the 1.3” is easily obtainable but on the water I don’t measure I just cut and rig then fish.

I use the Bobby Garland offerings a lot. I also use some made by H2oHammer, another site member. I do well with them all. Pics tomorrow, too worn out now.
Ive got a few hundred in my bag in pole barn too lazy to go take pics, catch a ton of crappie on them at certain times using 1/64 oz jig.
Can't wait to try those on the gills......
I have some much smaller in diameter but are longer than the stated 1 inch. These are all 1 inch lures. As you can see one of them is a 1 inch spinner. It weighs only 1 gram and requires the patience of Job to fish...but it can flat catch some fish. Those offset assist hooks are #10 and are as sharp as a hypodermic needle
Regards
I do some hand ties that are a wee bit longer than one inch.
My favorite jigs are 1/64 oz jig heads with miniature black/chartreuse tube jigs, which are under 1". I also like 1/64th oz hand tied Blue Truse jigs from Pepop

I do use split shot to get them down faster but I've caught 16-inch crappie and an 8 lb bass using 1/64 oz jigs in the past.
Last year I had success using 1/32 oz jig heads with small soft plastic jigs hand-poured from Limits Tackle.
I've always thought smaller was better.

Not always targeting crappie, but have picked up a few on these:
Mister Twister 1" Lil Bit
Betts 1" split tail
Daredevil Skeeters 1"
Hilderbrant #0 Flickers 1"
Yozuri Snap Beans 3/4" & 1"
And some very well tied 1" jigs purchased years ago from a gentleman in North Carolina.Attachment 392424

Don't have pics but I picked up my two PB (length) fish on 1/64oz hand tied jigs. One was solid black, which is my favorite color. The other was an oddball I threw together with some colors I rarely used, orange and yellow.
In the summer I catch a lot of fish on Bob's Jigs little Silverfish.

I got the four Panfish jigs are from Netcraft. The two fat head jigs are tungsten. The three spoon type lures are made from willow spinners. The two tube jig heads are home cast.
These are one inch.

OK, I drank the Tea TODAY! I never fish micro baits mainly because it catches small fish. Yesterday I did my usual thing, jig tipped with a minnow 14-15ft down, always paid the bills in winter for almost a scratch day. Had 2 keepers, weak. Anyway after reading THIS thread I regrouped, rerigged, and went out today with the intention of fishing small, all day. All I can say is, HUMBLE PIE, I'M EATING HUMBLE PIE! Thanks to all who have posted suggestions in this thread as I caught my limit today of keepers at about 7 throw backs to one keeper. Had a great day! pictures are of my livewell at 2pm, they turned on about 3:30 so hot I had two at a time for 10 minute stretches. I poured the jighead, it's a Jason's 1/32 mold with a #6 Sickle hook. The plastic is Southern Pro's 1-1/2in Stinger bitten down to 1in. Thanks Again!

You want small jigs, I got em. These are some of the jigs I use when I go ice fishing(if we ever get any safe ice). Sometimes the tiny ones is the only thing they want.Attachment 393060Attachment 393061
