Happy new year
A safe and healthy New Year to you and your family.

Back at you guys! What a roller coaster we had last year, and mostly straight down. I’m ready to get my vaccine and very cautiously start to come out of the cave. Thankful to still have the outdoors and nature to enjoy!

Yes 2020 was not a banner year. My heart goes out to those who lost love ones. A good friend in Erie is really suffering from cv19 currently. It has been over a month but he appears to be holding his own after a week hospital stay last week.
I think one of the questions being asked is when and where can I get my vaccination at in Pa. Here is a site I found that may help answerer some questions.
www. health pa.gov
Covid-19 vaccine distribution
Location weekly

you do realize that the vaccine is a temporary thing it has an expiration also , they are not really sure how long there are conflicting ideas on actually how long the immunity will last, so use caution.
Yes that can be true however no one really knows how long the vaccine lasts do to testing has not been long enough to see the length on its effective results. Also if enough people take the vaccine it could irradiated cv19 such as polio and other diseases. So far things look very positive to say the least.
I sure wish ya'll a Happy Healthy New Year. We've made it this far let's hope for 20 - 30 more years doing what we all love so well!! This forum has helped me thru some rough times. I must thank you all. Take Care B safe! Hope to see you all on the water for many years to come.
I would say I had as normal a year as anyone I know except for not seeing half our kids and 8 of our grandkids. Aside from that still went to our lake place every weekend and visited with our Germsphere all the time (tho we didn't know that phrase till recently) and was still Ketchn fish all year. had rough year on my two home lakes but a few outstanding days spaced with a lot of days of nada or bugeyes but still had a line dipped and trying.
Not getting this very untested and new methodology vaccine as results are totally unknown and many are experiencing really wierd side effects but that's me. I don't do flu ones as they don't work much and too hit and miss but do get pneumonia and shingles as they have proven out to be very effective so I'm not an anti vaxer or anti masker I just do what truly works.
Best thing about what we do is we don't have to be around folks and being exposed to do what we do. even when we are on our boats and pontoons we are social distancing which is much more effective than the ineffective masks which I do use when in close quarters at church or at stores but still keep my distance from folks as much as possible as that is the most effective way of dealing with ANY virus and do wash my hands a lot and don't touch common areas. Most of deaths are still flu/pneumonia but lazy CDC dudes lumped them all together with covid because they wern't getting enough numbers to scare people. That is from my many doctor and HC pro's I know which are a lot.
Keep on living your lives guys, life is risk and staying home living in fear isn't living. go dip a line, keep decent distances but still talk to folks and stop watching the corrupted news as if you do your own research as I do you find most information there isn't true or distorted and only makes folks crazy and afraid then they change it a short time later! When your super stressed and worried that your most susceptable to any illness or virus. Don't worry, be happy.
