Anyone know where I can find more of this chenille? It is New Age size #2 and the color when I bought it was Monkey Milk. Who I got it from before doesn’t have anymore and I’m about out. Thanks for your help

I think nimrods tackle carries it. Try his ebay store.
Also Skiptomylu has some similar but size 3 I believe.
I've never seen that color before, but would be interested to know if you find it and where. I just looked and I can't find it.
Which is larger, size 2 or size 3?
Size 3 is slightly larger and I prefer it personally.

Everything in the clear bags came from Skip. Hope that helps.
Just noticed, looks like the chenille your asking about looks different (less blue) then the one I have from nimrods. Mine is size large though. :dono
SuperDave, do you have a picture you could post of a jig you made out of that #4 Monkey Milk? I like that color but have never used any Chenille larger than #3.
I don’t it’s new and I haven’t used it yet.
Here is a pic of it beside some size 3. Not much difference.

Anyone know where I can get a skein of chartreuse yarn????
Guys you might want to check with Crazy angler he has a lot of New Age stuff.
The same colors used in a chenille like these can be ordered different and each will look different. It all depends on what you want to tie with. Some will be more dense than others and they will be the same colors, just ordered different.

Skip,
Do you happen to have that color or is it possible for you to get?

Here is maybe a little better picture of those. I love the chenilles I have got from Skip the best of everything I’ve used. I love the size and fullness of them. They make pretty jigs.
Dave, how does that light blue with blue flake compare to the monkey milk from nimrods?

Here they are side by side. There is a difference but I’m not sure the fish will mind.
Thanks Dave it’s not the fish I’m worried about it’s customers.
Beware when buying from Skip... he’s like a crack dealer...
I started off buying just a few types... then look what happened!

Honestly I can’t blame all of that on Skip, but he sold most of it to me though LOL

:Rofl... x2. :hesaid
Woods and Water Outdoors has a nice selection. Think he dyes all his hackle and marabou. I bought a bunch of hackle off him the other day.

Grandpa Bob’s is hit or miss. Lots of times he is extremely slow and you will have to stay on top of your order to make sure you receive. I won’t order anything else from him. I’d rather pay more and receive order in a timely manner. :twocents
Here are a few other choices:
Skip (skiptomylu)
Woods and Water Outdoors
Nimrod’s
Limits Tackle
Crazy Angler
Good luck. After 3 weeks of not answering emails or phone calls, I filed a complaint with PayPal. They gave them another week to respond, which they did not. After a month, I got my money back. Still have never heard a peep from them.
I get most of my stuff from Crazy Angler.

Was this recently? It's a wonder that paypal doesn't just turn him off.
I think the first red flag is that the paypal order confirmation I received just had an order number and didn't list the items I ordered.
In all of the years I've been using paypal, I've never seen this type of receipt.
It's been about a year ago if I remember correctly.

In case anyone is wondering, Grandpa Bobs Custom Jigs is still a scammer.
Paypal had to get involved. He never responded to mine or Paypal's emails to him. What a joke.
Sorry for your troubles but glad it’s resolved now. I would check out Skip (Skiptomylu) or Patrick from woods and water (Fridays86) they both have the larger size chenille which I prefer vs. the normal size 2. Both good to work with.
Skip has never let me down, and he has some stuff you won’t find anywhere else.
