Freestyle Jigs
Hello all... relatively new to the forum( hope I post this correct lol) and wanted to show the jigs I make that work for me. These are 1/16oz Freestyle Jigs from Do-it molds. I use a number 4 eagle claw hook instead of the number 2 it asks for as I like the smaller profile. Then they are powder coated and baked...eyes put on and cleared. ATTACH=CONFIG]391421[/ATTACH]

Thank you all. Next time I have lead hot I’m gonna whip up some inline spinners and 1/8oz spinner baits...and more jigs of course!
-
What is the difference between that and the pill head other than the bait keeper?

Freestyle jigs have places for eyes to sit when applied make the jig round again. This is from Simply Crappie website.

I prefer the finished shape of freestyle jigs over pill head but I will use either.

Those are nice! What kind of paint are you using to get the white with specks in it? I've made some "monkey milk" heads by dusting white heads with black powder before a final bake, but that takes half of forever to do.
-
I think those are white with glitter from what I can tell.
-
It is a powder I found online form fishingskirts.com. It’s the boss powder paint “white silver chrome”

Welcome from Central Florida. That’s some very good work, you’ve been paying attention.
-
Nice! What are you using for clear coat?
-
I use the CS coatings Seal Coat as my clear coat for now...or at least until I run out
