Truman (Long Shoals area) 12.01.2020

I got out late, but it was a good late. Two hours of fishing and I put 15 fish in the boat and 6 keepers. 20-30 FOW hooking most in 16-18 FOW using a 1/8 chartreuse jig head from Bass Pro, tipped with a Bobby Garland bluegrass color with pink nibbles. Not a spectacular day, but a good day in my book!

The shoreline opposite the ramp caught fire sometime after I launched. I didn't recall seeing smoke when I got there and then I noticed it while I was dipping trees. Sorry for the blurry picture, phones don't zoom in that well!

Rooster, the jig you described is my favorite go to here at home and down at Truman. Nice catch and release to grease.
