With a tropical storm coming through Houston, creek feeds churning the lake waters cooling them off, no more 90* days....it appears to be crappie season in the deep south. I was hoping to have a chance to shakedown the upgrades on the boat and also find a few more piles...but it looks like i just need to fish it.

Agreed to bad they don’t make solid tip in bait casting version. The UL casting only just a tad softer than two of my Majorcraft L and can handle pretty much the same lure weight. I really want the power and action of spinning version on casting, even thinking about covert them.Quote:
