yes just a cheek rest to bring stock up to where I don't have to raise my head up off gun to look thru scope, easier to adjust to height making it this way and doesn't hurt stock in any way.
i miss squirrel hunting , used to hunt greys when i was kid with my dad , fun times
I love hunting them right now.
They won’t hardly leave the hickory nut trees.
There will be 10-20 in a tree if you find the right tree.

Went again this morning and had 10 or more in a pig hickory and ended up killing 4 of them this time with a Benjamin Discovery ,22 PCP air rifle.. your right when they are cutting hard and you get a tree with a bunch of young squirrels they will just move and start cutting again when you shoot.Quote:

One more week to go here in Ohio.
havn't gotten out yet this year and I miss it. will break out the .410/.22 and will fill up the bag. Love it when they concentrate on a food source like hickory now.
Y’all better watch out for snakes. My son went out on his side by side just checking trails and killed 3 moxakins. He said one of them was a big fatty. I hate them stinkin white mouth critters!
