Sitting on the bucket.

Had a fun 2 hours down at VFW Lake today. Had around 30 nice bull bluegills...colored up nice. Caught them on the new Abu Garcia Eradicator 6’ 7” Slow Taper Special. Lure was a 1 gram Daiwa Gekkabijin jig head #8 hook with a Sow Bug Trout Magnet body.....line was 2.3# test ester mono. This rod has an action great for bluegill....lot of fun. Water has cleared up since last trip down.....weather was great. Attachment 382714 Attachment 382715 Attachment 382716

Great catch on a fun rod. Went last night to snatch some Crappie out of some brush with the 7.4 Corto but was greeted by a knocking lower unit, gear case woes I am afraid. Might be bucket time for me for awhile.

They usually come with adjustable legs so you can easily sit on sloping banks.

I have a seatbox (tackle box you can sit on), but they're not easy to find in the US.
