I called customer service at Mr Crappie. Fella answered the phone with a single "hello". It was Wally Marshall on the other end. He said he sometimes answers the phones and gives them a break. He talked to me like he knew me for years and like I was a powerful customer. All I needed was a replacement tip for a fiberglass rod. He made me feel like a million bucks.
