Man did we have some fun yesterday at Ez's place .
the details are long and involved but to be sure it just don't get much better
we ketched crappie , bream and catfish and had about to much fun
thanks Ez and Sk and assorted crew members for good times
everyone did there part and we had us a mess of blackened bluegill tacos at sunset .
sure was fun and for sure

Great time for sure.....I was happy to see Ketchum knew how to properly filet a bluegill..... These fish are too tasty to waste their meat......
Like said a high dollar knife don't = a better filter knife just keep what you have sharp.....
