LOZ 6/15
Bite was decent but a lot of small crappie. We ended up with 11 keepers Usual chromes are doing good and wild thing is catching it’s fair share but some of my other go to bandits have not caught a fish. Kids are having a great time and my daughter hauled in this 26 pound hog. Very exciting. Attachment 378157

Bite is good once you dial in color. Seems color is more important than depth. Last evening is was chromes and today was red. My bandit red craw and the two H2O red cranks D were tearing them up tonight. Several 12+ fish bit also a lot of less than 10 that we let go. For anyone coming to LOZ recommend you start with a wide range of colors and start replacing to what they bite. I have had so much fun getting my children and wife pulling in fish. Attachment 378204

Looks like super fun is being had. At times I miss LOZ tough to drive there when I have 3 other lakes lots closer. Thanks for the report and pics.

good times shared with your family are always the best.

Cool - Great Pics and that Catfish is huge!

Great report and pics.
Agreed on importance of color on LOZ. For me, its either chrome/blue back or hot pink. There are times that one color or the other is non-stop action. I'm still learning this trolling thing, but color patterns have really stood out.

Nice work, Mike! Get over to Twain in a couple weeks........should be getting started once the lake gets right. Although, why leave fish to find fish?
