I originally bought that neck gator for Billbob to protect him from the sun, before our Spring trips were cancelled. Now I will likely use it to protect from virus. Sorry Ted, but at least it's going to be used for a good purpose.

Mom can’t wait either. Have to talk to her through screen room. I sanitize when I drop off her meds and water. We have groceries delivered to her screen room too. Unreal, but necessary. Cmon scientists, fix this now!

It is really serious stuff here in Pa and all over for that matter. I am surrounded by county's that have cases of the virus,Jefferson has 0 cases as of now. A lot of people are saying that this will be the lost year. I hope they are wrong. We are under a stay at home order until April 30. I hope they can get a handle on this before long. It's pretty scary times right now. Stay safe everybody and pray that this nightmare ends soon. God bless.

I want to call friends and say; hey, let’s go here or there and do this. Smarter for both of us if I just go alone. I have a weeks vacation coming up, guess a lot of that will be alone too. Not what I had planned, but I’ve had a change of plans in the past. Here’s hoping we all get a chance to see this thing in the rear view. Stay healthy everyone.
I am spooked myself , I hear reports that say if we actually stay in our homes 2 months it will subside .
Thanks for the Idea Slab. Seen on the late late evening news,(and probably a repeat from earlier that I missed) one of them specialists talking about the Masks and how to do them. Two layers of cotton and a folded paper towel in it or be hind it...place over nose and mouth then secure...Better than what I have been doing...Absolutely nothing.
I took Slabs idea and went to walmart and then Academy Sports here in Springfield Where just this morning the city put out a message on the news it was ok to go out to the parks, go fishing, just use some sort of mask and don't clump up in groups. OK great. Went to get a neck gator and boy did I get a surprise. About every two feet on every shelf in All of sporting goods they have signs that read..."By the Order of Springfield City Council We Are Forbidden To Sell These Items"...Good luck on enjoying the out doors if you need something...Every shelf in sporting goods...coolers, sleeping bags folding chairs, fishing equipment, boating equipment, everything...even propane gas bottles. So I guess if your electric goes out and you have an electric stove and you don't have or are low on propane for your camping stove your just out of luck...these people need to use common sense, which seems to me they are lacking plenty of...Rant over!!!!
Many of those counties with reports of 0 cases are the result of the lack of adequate testing. I would not depend on these reports to guide my actions. This may not be a lost year but it is definitely going to be a rough year for all those who have lost their jobs. I hope for but do not expect a quick solution to this problem.Quote:
