Livescope is personally out of my budget but my wife said to me recently when I was looking at a Black Friday ad, and found a great deal on a sonar unit but was a little short on the cash needed, "If you don't buy that one now and buy something $400 more expensive in a few months I am going to be very angry". I being the good husband that I am listened to her and made the purchase. Trust me, if she says to do it then you better do it.

I remember a few years back when one of our Bassett hound puppies tore up 38 pairs of her shoes.
Not all at once, but over a short period of time.
All I said was “who has 38 pair of shoes anyway”. Lol

Getting back on the subject.....
I’m really a big Humminbird fan and wish someone would have some input on WHEN/IF they were coming out with something to compete with Garmin LiveScope.
In my opinion they already have the best Mega DI on the market bar none.
I can’t see Humminbird letting Garmin corner that market for long.

Humminbird at this point until someone else comes out with a better unit does have the best DI SI on the market having said that Garmin has the best Liveview on the market until someone else comes out with something better and to be honest with you having used it for the last 8 months I’m not sure how much it could be improved upon, it is a very unique piece of technology and is a game changer!!!Lowrance has come out with their version of it and it doesn’t stack up to the Garmin (sorry Lowrance fans) not to say that Humminbirds version of it wouldn’t if and when it happens??? Don’t miss out on Livescope just because it’s not made by Humminbird. Livescope made me a big Garmin fan but a Mega Image unit is in my future!!!Quote:
