We got a Kennedy park here in Titusville that is closed due to Hurricaine damage, been closed for awhile .......

Went New Smyrna way Saturday morning & asked another fisherman about bait shops at gas station, he asked where I was going & I replied Edgewater, then told me about park being closed....was bummed because I knew it was $10 to launch from any other ramp in the area....they sure hate Seminole county residents I guess, because when referencing a annual ramp/parking pass, about 10 other counties listed was FREE once registered, Seminole was not on that list....

That's a shame for a few bad apples...would be a good thing for the local economy by those who would frequent the area most is how I'd be thinking, always hit a gas station, bait shop, & bite to eat on the way home, when traveling up that way:dono
I can assure you it's not directed towards the fisherman, it's all about the island partiers that take over during the summer.
I would not be surprised to see Edgewater start charging soon especially after the remodel job, supposed to be done around October this year.
