Boys and Girls
Looks like I may be taking a break from worrying about catching crappies.
Adam and his deamon woman keep screwing up and DHHS has confiscated the kids. My wife and I are in position to gain temporary custody. So, my free time will be dedicated to messing with the grandkids. They are still too young to be spending all day in the boat with me. I will keep checking this site though to BS and spread my knowledge. I just will not be seeing you on the water for a while.
I know I don't have to ask for your prayers and concerns. They are appreciated.

I'm sorry about the no fishing for you....few things are more important than fishing, but Grandkids certainly are. I really hope things work out well for you and the grandkids.

Good luck Dr Pepper. We have had both our daughter and grandaughter for 3 years, but now she is married and moving to a new place.

Hey DP....good thing you are doing....hopefully that temp. custody goes smoothly, don't forget kids love bobbers hunts....(substitute the eggs with bobbers) best on Easter, but I still do it in my yard from time to time for me to feel young again! God Bless! MM

We don't have the kids yet. I don't know how long these things could take; I have heard as much as 30 days. We have our background checks done. I was very releived to find out my wife has never actually killed anyone. I hope I am not the first.
Seriously though...
I have never been through anything as frustrating as trying to get my son to act right, then trying to get the kids back with someone they know loves them. They were begging to come to live in my house before they were confiscated. I know DHHS dose not know my history. And I feel guilty about not bucking the law and just taking them before hand. But, you would think a quick check would tell them my home would be good for the kids.

Hope this time things in the system work fast. It's sad but the kids get the bad deal most of the time.

I would even give up fishing if my grandkids needed me.
