B&M Poles

Not sure if this is the proper forum to post but I have to get the word out about a great company. I needed parts for several of my poles and after searching and asking around I couldn't find what I needed. So I decided to email the company directly. Definitely didn't see their response coming especially in today's business environment. I got a response from B&M first thing this morning. After a few emails back and forth to confirm exactly what I needed, the parts are on the way and the parts that weren't available are being made for me, just an average everyday person. I liked their products before but after the GREAT customer service they gave me I am definitely a die hard customer.

I like BnM poles, I have several of them. Good company.

I have 3 BnM rods. I own alot of fishing rods and they are 3 of the finest rods I own.

I have a 10' Sam Heaton. I'm so impressed with the ability to detect strikes, I'm considering converting my other casting poles over to shorter versions in the BnM product line

They make several good ones. BnM Ultimate 8fter is my favorite.

I have their new TCB rods, they are beautiful, finesse rods. All I HAVE TO SAY IS WOW. More on them later.

I have a Sam heaton and an uncle bucks and I like them both.

We bought two and they are now our favorites for casting rods. We still love our Sam Heaton Super Sensitive 9 footers for jigging. Best quality and sensitivity on the market, in our opinion.

Update, I received my repair parts in the mail today. They definitely don't mess around when it comes to taking care of customers. I do have other brands but after this I will be putting the other rods in my upcoming yard sale. As I am sure that I have more than enough B&M poles to fulfill my needs.

BnM’s costumer service is second to none. I needs a rod section one time and called them and I had it the next day.

B&M is an outstanding company, very responsive and they stand behind their products. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have the 12' bgjp and 2 8' crappie rods from BnM and love all three...Great rods from a great Company who are outstanding sponsors of Crappie.Com.

BnM has stood up and treated me right a couple of times. Good company with the right customer service attitude.

Great company and great service. I have numerous BnM trolling rods for jigs and cranks. Have 18’-8’ PST’s and I couldn’t be more happy. Run 3oz weights from Scott a lot with the 16’ PST and they work perfect. Nice to know have a company that backs the products

Just added these to the collection after visiting the B/M pro staff at the " crappie days " at Bass Pro Shops . B/M also the sponsorAttachment 366924 of that event as well .
