Me and my buddy Kieth went to Juliette today and tore the Shellcrackers up!
We caught 100 and brought home 70 after giving an old man fishing from the bank 30.
He wasn't haven't much luck and we got to talking to him after pulling the boat out. He was wanting a mess of fish for dinner but hadn't caught any thing big enough to keep,we had more than we needed so we gave him 30 of ours, boy he had a smile a mile wide.

Theres some nice sized fish there... you catch them on artificial or live bait?

We was using super reds and crickets. One minute they would be tearing crickets up the next it would be super reds.Quote:

I took my two year old son out this evening and we caught 6 shell cracker and one bass. His eyes light up like its Christmas time when we go, it's just getting him back in the truck to go home is the fun part. I dont think there was a soul within a mile that didnt hear him scream "no likey go home no likey go home". Everyday I get off work he grabs me by both cheeks and says "go fishen" so of course I have to cave in and go fishen since I like to be out there as much as he does.
Those are some killer crackers you have there. Hopefully one of these days will get on them like that. Was good of you to share some with a fisherman who was less fortunate. Keep up the good fishing...
