Once in a lifetime

Everything so often you hit a day when every thing comes together whenpulling planner boards. The rite bait colors,speed, depth, no wind and not a single other boat around. And again the lake looked like glass. Water temps 46 to 48 degrees and had my adopted son along. We pulled pourhouse baits as well as Beartrax products.for 4 hours and ended up with 30 keepers of which were 4 tarps and 115 short fish. Speed was from .5 to.8 it was so good we went again yesterday. Same result just less short fish. Monkey milk and Kentucky killer shined yesterday. Had visitors 5 more boats but plenty of room. A good buddy, growing up, had a lake house viewable from your boat (but just out of all the pictures). That area can be magically at times.

If you don't mind me askin', how deep were your fish coming from? Don't seem like the water got as cold this year, and wondering if a few warmer days in a row may get some of them starting their move this early?
