Great looking grub

That looks awesome. I have caught myself eye-ballin' those BlackStone griddle tops more than one time... for quite some time... but I seldom cook enough (or for enough people) to justify one.

They make a table top version that is smaller.

I like paul prudomes blackened redfish on baked fish! The pig has it.

Looks great Lee! I know they are better for you that way but I just got to fry the crappie. I do other fish like that .
