Surgery

Dr took a piece of bone splinter out of my hand. Hurt worse than the break. I have vertigo issues and end up on the floor on occasion.

Get you a walking stick Tom to help you keep your balance. My sis in law had that problem and the Dr. told her the rocks in her head were loose. She had to lay a still as possible for a couple of week for them to go back in place. Sounds weird doesn't it.

I have had vertigo for years. I have been to guerrillas many times. I was advised by guerillas to visit chiropractor to make sure spine is aligned as well as given different excersises. This was the best exercise I found and works well for me YouTube

Thats them smart machines we have. Yesterday I made a shopping list and when I got to the store there was one item I couldn't figure out what it was. It was spelled "vine". When I got home I figured it out, I originally wrote crunchy peanut butter.
