Yep....they look like jelly jigs
I think Skip did a video on how to slide the tube(Jelly Belly) over the jig body. I want to think he used a crochet needle.
Hal Fly was one vendor that sold these.
They look awesome
interesting, Snake River used to make them.
I think Ship did a sticky also. I didn't mean Skip.

Brett, I see those posted on Facebook all the time. I’m not positive but I think he has a mold made where he actually pours those bodies around the hook and material. Several have asked how he does it but he never replies. Yes Skip, Shipahoy and bob have shown how to use a needle to pull feathers or material into a short body and then thread onto hook. Bob even pours those jelly jig bodies.
You either thread the stuff through a premade body or put the tied jig in a mold and inject the plastic. I think Snake River sells jelly bodies? Or did at one point?
Yup either thread through cut worm body or jelly body your tail material or like the example tie tail to jig then shoot body. Here is link to sticky thread from Ship.

I also see some folks that weave mono bodies on a jig instead of chenille. Seems like a lot of work but I’m also sure it would be durable.
