Astor Day One

After finding someone (C&W Marine) to help with a minor engine problem (Trim switch on the motor failed on a brand new 2020 Mercury 200 Pro XS). Miss Vickie and I got on the water a short trip down river and across Lake Dexter, we finally got to trow a line. Miss Vickie struck first blood then I got a few, all in all not too bad for the first half day, got enough for a few sandwiches.
These fish came on jigs under a cork with Slab Sauce added.

Thanks Jim, still have to get the trim switch replaced Astor Marine has ordered the part and will replace it under warranty.

No we fished the pads between the two lakes
