Figure since they are pulling water so hard to try to get them all to pool. It has to have them turned off quite a bit. They get them down and slow the flow fishing should pick back up.
Its been slow.
Do they post how much water they are pulling, or going to pull?

Corp is still pulling Sardis down hard. The lake level today is 6-1/2 feet over rule curve. Here's the numbers:

So this morning on Sardis, the gate flow is 4,028, the 24 hour change is -.39; they’re pulling it out pretty good. I don’t understand what the guide curve is?? Can someone explain?
When you open that link I posted it pulls up a page displaying the numbers of water coming in and going out along with 24 hour change up or down. If you will click on the lake name it opens up a graph. It will have a blue line and a red line. The blue line is the curve they are trying to achieve by pulling out holding water. The red line shows what they have actually been able to maintain. This is all for flood control. The cure comes from predictions based on years of data figuring amounts of rain that could happen and gauge levels of the Mississippi River. The whole idea is to keep from holding to much water when the rains come the can keep it and control rate the let it out to keep from flooding the delta.
Well said, Cray. Couldn't have explained it any better!:biggrin
If it keeps going down, you want be able to launch anywhere. Including engineers.
See wind getting higher speeds now shifting south. Don't know if you boys are out fishing. Don't wait till it gets rough. It's more fun laughing while you help folks load out at the ramp.Sent from my SM-G960U using Crappie.com Fishing mobile app
