Nice looking setup and product. We had several sticks of summer sausage this past week in hunt camp. The were a venison/pork blend with jalapeño and cheese, out of Texas. Good stuff.

I like the grinder set-up. I had one of the hand cranks that I rigged up to run with a 1/2 in. drill. But then I ended up with the new stuff.

Looks like you’ve done that a timer or to. Looks good

My son grinds all our deer up and does jerky and SS links. can't wait to try out new batches.

This month is my birthday. Presents maybe????
