They do have some "door buster" deals going on for black Friday for sure. Only problem is, if you read the fine print in their circular, that "supplies are limited". Consequently, unless you're planning on being there at 4 am, odds are not in your favor for finding such "deals".

Y'all will love that Garmin unit. I have an older, smaller model, and it is great. Best part, it comes preloaded with thousands of maps, even some small conservation area maps in my state. Great price, too!

I'm needing to upgrade my electronics.. would like this and a livescope on the bow, move my 899 HB unit to the Trolling motor, and get a Helix 10 or 12 for console... G3... That'll do me for 5 grand...ugh.. now to find the money

You can do what i did. Order an extra gimble or cradle some call it, for your 93 94 echomap. I think about 50 bucks. You will also need a port Expander. About 200 bucks. Plug your GLS 10 black box into the port Expander then both gimbles into that. Now you're networking the two gimbles. Just pop out the head unit from the console gimble, snap it back into the bow gimble and power up and you're good to go. Saves buying two head units. It works great!! But read installation carefully!!!Quote:
