Brett, I could probably get you some used new to you counter tops and wood flooring plus a double stainless steel sink and save you a bundle. Light fixtures not a problem! I also can get your barn carpeted in multi color pattern in just a truck load. When do you want delivery? Oh! If your wife wants light switch panels changed out, we got those too!
