It was 99 here at 2:30. Cooler weather is predicted for late week but I'll believe it when I see it.
That is 1 reason I usually stick to night fishing. Cooler temps and another one is idiots on the water are rare.

Super hot and dry here, caught two trees fighting over my dog yesterday.
