OK guys I'm taking a different path. I'm going to buy a different boat and move the TM, seats and DFs to it. So I'm offering the boat, trailer and 20 Tohatsu for $4500. That also includes a custom Sunbrella cover and Minnkota onboard charger for the marine AGM battery.
