Zack, I don't know about that with all the rain that fell in NC. I got to work and I think it was only a suggestion for June 22 that had been made. The 29th will be a dark moon and I'm off that weekend. I don't know what I'll be doing just yet but it could be a possibility for Wylie that weekend! :scratchhead
Oh ok

You may want to PM Mac Crappie and check on the 22nd! :biggrin
I plan on running the boat at High Rock Friday after work just to check things out. I suspect it will be muddy in the main channel and if that's the case, I'd prefer to wait til another time to fish. I'll give a report on conditions Friday night.
Brent! Don't tell us if you stop to fish, I'm working this weekend! :Rofl
Might make me a little jealous :biggrin
Zack, you and Hudson fishing this weekend? :popcorn
Lake is good. It has rained here but has not been a problem. Lake is very full so if bridge clearances are a factor check out savehighrocklake.org I’m not a night stalker but killing them on brush right now.
Guess nowhere

Leudy1, you casting or spider rigging around brush? Thanks for the update, I don't get off work until after 7 pm, so it won't happen for me this weekend. Maybe next weekend though. :highfive
Zack, I was curious if you were going. My cousin went last night for a short time and caught 15 perch and 3 keeper crappies on BA. Seems to be slow on crappies but I guess you got to be in the right place to get more. My cousin had his grandsons and his sons with him so it was probably just a gaggle to fish with that many boys in the boat. Also, all of them are bass fishermen too! So the intent was there but just not whole hearted to crappie fish. :Rofl Holler out if you go! :popcorn
Me and my brother n law have been night fishing on Sunday nights past few weeks fishing for catfish. In 4 nights we have caught 18 weighing 8-20 pounds and 3 small ones like 1-2 pounds.

Water in front of Tamarac to the main channel is muddy. Closer to the channel I got, the more orange. In front of the Second Creek ramp is clear all the way back. I'm going to pass on this one.
Spider rig out the front right on top of brush. Anchor lock on trolling motor and using just a minnow with #6 gold hook. Small split shot bout 8 in above hook. I use 9 ft Southern Crappie rods for brush fishing. Way points are $100 each lol😂😂.
Don’t go to cheap on em! Thanks for info.

As much as I don't bother him for pointers he should give them to me free! :biggrin
