Good bluegill there brother. Please keep your wits about you dodging the legless ones. Nasty individuals.
Nice fish - glad we don't got those snakes!
A couple of nice specimens for each sure.
Ledhead, I have seen cotton mouths in Ca. but those rattlers out there are as bad or worse...yiiikes!!!
I’m 65 and if my memory serves me right, I have seen a total of 3 copperheads in my life that were alive after I saw them! Bad thing is, they are usually within 2 ft of me when I see them!
a week ago yesterday, Sunday, I seen 5 cotton mouth in the water in a span of 1 hour. fortunately I was high on a foot path bridge...copperheads 0 so far...
I ran into this Tropical Bird Eating Snake a couple weeks ago in Costa Rica. Not venomous but did get my attention since we were in the same area that the Fer de Lance lives. [emoji15]Attachment 345118

JD - don't know a lot about snakes - I know enough to go the other way. Not sure what we got out here that likes to swim but I do see snakes in the water at Lake Perris - seen them at Silverwood to.
Stan - did you see a "Jesus Christ lizard"? Seen them on the Rio Sevagara.
