Yes. The longer you sit in one, the more you will appreciate it.
Yes 100% worth it.

Worth every penny!
You can’t beat them. I just got my fourth one. Now set up with two sidekicks so that we can get the grandkids out for a comfortable day of fishing

I bought 1 to test. I WILL buy a 2nd. I don't have money to throw away but then I don't have money to spend on muscle rub for my sore back and butt muscles. This seat fixed that.

I have had three back surgeries, including one for a broken back and three vertebrae. My Lund seats were great.....for about one hour. Since buying the Millenium seats I have yet to have a painful day on the water caused by a boat seat. Do yourself a favor and get them.
Sounds like I need to try one out ! Who has the best price ?

E Z Poleholder, ( Gene Johnson) a member and sponsor of CDC. He will get them to you faster than you can go get them.
Yes, I bought 2 for my bass boat and when I bought my pontoon, I bought 2 for it.
Do they come with a seat belt ? I have seen days when fish are not biting if I was to get to comfortable I might just fall asleep in it like I do my living room chair. Lol !

I am 72 and 8 months out from fusion of l4-l5-s1 fish out of a stick steer. I have tempress high back seats and they don't do well after a while. I stay seated and need something that is better, anyone using millenium in similar condition.

Best price and best guy you'll ever deal with.....along with Brian at BBG Marine, but he doesn't sell them
Yep, fused L1-S1
Screws, titanium rods, I-beams and girders ;-)
seriously, I'm 76 years old, need help launching and retrieving the boat.
Recently bought a Terrova ipilot with remote only, because I lost dorsal flexion completely in left foot and partially in right.
I've only used it once, but noticed the lack of discomfort after fishing from using a transom trolling motor and anchors. That's where the thanks to Brian at BBG comes into play. I rank my purchase of the Millenium seats as an equal to the Terrova from the standpoint of relief from pain during and after the trip.
I too have some issues. My boat is 31 yrs old and the original seats, yesI still have them, have a cushion that collapses after a while. A sore butt was part of a normal day when done. Haven’t had one since the Wife bought me a pair for Christmas. Cooler on hot days and way more comfortable. And I’m not small either at 6’2” and 240lbs. I can't say enough good about them. If you’re concerned about your size, i understand that the white ones are a bit larger and tougher.
I got 3 from Gene and they are great with one fault they are cold in the winter.
I bought one for the wife to try because a couple hours in the old seats bothered her back. When it came in I mounted the seat and tried it out, within 15 minutes I had another on the way. Fished today and its hot here with no butt sweat.
What they said.
Try it you'll like it.

Don't hesitate!!! Buy it NOW! Best money I have spent in a while.
Which model?
B100
Add a piece of memory foam in the winter it will insulate and add a touch of comfort.

Call Gene...
Didnt read all the replies but I will bet most will say the same thing. For all day trips there is NOTHING compares to the millenium.
They don't seem as comfortable as some of the cushy padded seats at first but as the hours go by you will see the difference. only seat I can sit in for 5-15 hours and still walk up to get the truck to load out.
and the brackets from Podunk makes them all that much better. you wont be sorry!!
Very, very true for me as well. When I first got my seats I put one on the boat and climbed up in it while at home. My first thoughts were, "this thing is as hard as a rock, no way it's going to be comfortable" but it surely is. Those new plush vinyl seats are soft and comfy, but they kill my back and hips.
The thing I like the most is you don’t sweat as much on your back in the summer they get more air and there comfortable

Here's a nice upgrade for the Millennium seats.
da chair holdit - Podunk (po dungk) A small isolated town, region, or place that is regarded as unimportant. . . .
You will probably have to shim the back of the seat with washers when you install. Mine leaned back too far and I think I put 3 washers on each rear bolt. Perfect!!
Don’t mean to hijack the thread, but will your regular boat pedestal seats fit into the millennium sidekick?
Yes, they are worth it. My fancy Ranger seats are sitting on the shelf in the garage. Every now and then I put those seats back in the boat for a day of fishing. I quickly remove them once I get back home for the Millenium seats!
I'm wanting to pit it in a Lowe panfish stick steer
