7 AM till 3 PM.....sacs (11" to 13") on shiners 7 ft deep in 9 fow....bream on crickets 3 ft deep....caught at least 30 of them but only kept these few for my neighbor....thro back one goo and 2 small bass.....the boat launch is a picture I took at Attakapas landing on lake Verrett on Sunday....didn't fish that day just drove down to check it out....water all over the parking lot.....might not get to go again till TB on the 16th.....

Very nice catch Bruce. I drove over to my launching spot this morning to see if the water had gone down to where I could get Linda in the boat. Nope, the water is still over the dock and there is no way for her to climb up with her bad knees, much less with one bad arm.

Awesome catch. Looks like really nice fish too. 7-9’ sounds like my kinda too. I can’t help but think a lot of people are missing out on fish while NOT fishing. Waters high in a lot of places but it wasn’t always

You checked the fire station to see if you could launch there. I think it shouldn't be under water. Not too much further of a run. Fish been biting pretty good. You need to get out there
Hey bud, long time no see. You know that thought did cross my mind but I didn't follow up on it. You are right I should be able to launch there and still have the dock high enough for Linda to be able to get in the boat. I could launch at Cannon's or Blob's but there is no way Linda could get in the boat. The docks at the Fire station are pretty high and so you might be right, we could possibly do it there.
