Calling for over an inch of rain there on Thursday. Mississippi going back up to around 32 ft and stay there for about a week before starting a pretty good
fall. Probably be after that happens before the lakes start spilling any appreciable amounts. On the other hand, when water starts going through the
emergency spillways, attitudes seem to change.
