The Tchfucate river

Made it to the landing at 0900.

Conditions were perfect.

Water up a bit from last week. Clouds came and went. Lot's of wind. Water cleaner than in months.

Different bite than last week. Tried shallow with out any success.

Different bite with similar results.
Always figure them out. Good box.

I’d snatch up that offer quick Mr Watt. And bring sammiches.

But to answer your question, I’d take a guess at saying it has something to do with time on the water with pops?
Maybe? Dunno.

One thing I did learn from Mr M is to look at the bank. If you see a tree trunk... just a lil piece of it, look at the trees around it and just imagine one of them falling the same way.

When water is low here, I take brain pictures

I can’t remember my wallet in the mornings but I can remember a fishing spot in the dark, with sunglasses on, finishing a case a beer.
BUT if no one showed me the spot and I found it, it was because I snagged it on my drag pole or caught a fish on my drag pole.
OR because of what someone taught me.
