39 days left until the Spring Fling ...

Let's get this party started !! :woohoo

We still have several items/food that we need volunteers to bring.

We don't have very many people signed up to attend (or stating that they intend to attend) ... and even the post I put in the State Events Forum has only been looked at by 3 or 4 people. Spread the word to your Crappie.com friends, especially those that haven't or don't post (or log in) very often.

Picnic shelter is reserved. I have my cabin reserved.

Anyone that knows rdvaughn ... I sent him a PM but haven't received a reply, so I need someone to let him know I need him to contact me asap. He has not been logged in since Feb 7th.

If you are coming to the Spring Fling @ Green, here's the list for you to volunteer to bring side dishes & food prep items or volunteer to help out with the event. I will add you to the list whenever you reply to this thread.

Since we do not know exactly how many people will be attending, yet, we will base our needs on at least 50 people. If we see that we will have many more than that, we will keep adding to the amount of sides needed from attendees.

I'll only be able to make it down Saturday afternoon due to work. But I can bring whatever may be needed for the afternoon/ evening or help out any way I'm needed

I'll be off by 1 (12 slow time). I'll feel it out closer to time and may swing by just to place some faces with CDC handles

I’’ll be there with two guests Thursday through Sunday. I’ll swing by Walmart in Campbellsville on my way into Holmes Bend to pick up some stuff.

I’m glad the lake is only 10 feet over summer pool and falling, I was really worried at how high they held the lake for so long.

Dutch, just check the Volunteer list before you leave home ... and post whatever you intend to pick up on your way up. I expect Paul & I will be there Fri morning, and hopefully we'll have already gotten enough people to bring everything we need by then. Right now it looks like we have about 30 committed to attend ... & still a month left for more people to commit.
